The article provides the readers with great new insights about organizational culture which are working within one’s present cultural situations, following of change behaviors/mind-sets, focusing on a critical few behaviors, deployment of one’s authentic informal leaders, not letting one’s formal leaders let off the hook, the linking of behaviors to business objectives, quick demonstration of impact, utilization of cross-organizational methods for going viral, aligning of programmatic efforts with behaviors, and actively managing one’s cultural situation over time.
